PSG President AL-Khelaifi Confirms Neymar & Mbappe Are '2000 Per cent Staying'

PSG will not have to sale Kylian Mbappe or Neymar to meet Financial Fair Play regulation  with the Ligue 1 president having confirmed they are "2,000 per cent" staying put .

European football’s governing body has been investigating the French side since April 2018, after a Financial Times report indicated that the club allegedly inflated sponsorship deals to help in their pursuits of the striking duo.

It’s believed that a potential transfer ban could be put in place if they are found guilty and that the governing body would tell PSG to cut their debt by up to €250m – which would mean the sale of Neymar and Mbappé but club president Nasser Al-Khelaifi says they are "2,000 per cent" staying put at the Ligue 1 capital.
It's not 100 percent, but 2,000 per cent," Al-Khelaifi told Le Parisien when asked if PSG's star duo would remain at Parc des Princes.
They will stay in Paris. Many media, especially in France, claim that we would need to sell Neymar or Kylian. I want to confirm that Kylian and Neymar will stay here.
Of course, we want to buy, staying within the framework of Financial Fair Play. We are confident. We have the means to recruit.
Der Spiegel and Mediapart lst year alleged that the club had circumvented FFP spending stipulations but PSG refuted that allegation by insisting  they had "always acted in absolute compliance with the laws and regulations issued by sports institutions".

20-year-old Kylian Mbappé has been directly involved 74 goals in 74 games for PSG across all competitions: 46 goals and 28 assist and he directly contributes to a goal once every 78.4 minutes.

He also has 20 goals this season across Europe's top five leagues and is only bettered by Messi's 22 and he is now the best French goalscorer in a single season in the top-flight in.

Following on from a tremendous FIFA World Cup with France, the former Monaco man has been able to kick on again this term. Not only is his performance improving, his goal scoring rate is also phenomenal as he has netted 25 times already in all competitions.

Neymar himself is receiving treatment on a metatarsal injury in his homeland Brazil though he made a big impact earlier in the Champions League group stage before being sidelined.

His absence have not halted Thomas Tuchel men with Mbappe having taken over as PSG's main  in his absence.

PSG supporters who may have been concerned about the future of either forward will be pleased with these emphatic remarks from Al-Khelaifi ahead of a summer when speculation will no doubt be rife.

Even if PSG were under pressure to free up some funds due to FFP, it would almost be impossible the club would sanction a sale and as a result, they are likely to do everything possible to fall in line with the rules before they considered selling Neymar or Mbappe.

Given their domestic dominance, the big-money signings of both players appeared geared towards the team winning the UEFA Champions League and they made a statement  when they defeated Manchester United 2-0 at Old Trafford in their first leg encounter with the 20 time English champions. With that ambition still unfulfilled, it's no shock Al-Khelaifi is adamant they will be staying put.

The Paris side would take on Nimes on Saturday in their Ligue 1 encounter before playing Dijon in the French Cup quarter final on Tuesday.
